ENSURING PROGRAM SUCCESS
Young ISSNAF periodically reviews the program progress to ensure that it fulfils its objectives and that both mentors and mentees have a positive experience.
Mentors and mentees should promptly inform Young ISSNAF if their mentoring relationship is not beneficial.
At the end of the mentoring cycle, Young ISSNAF will request feedback from both mentors and mentees for consideration in future editions of the program. In addition, it will request mentees for feedback one year after the completion of the program.
